Therefore, productive systems at AGROECOTUR´s tourist units favor sustainable practices that are biodiversity-friendly and positive for peasantry economics.

One of our founding members, the Colombian Network Association of Private Nature Reserves, recognizes tourism as an educational and economic tool that can assist good management for biodiversity conservation at private reserves.
